I worked as an employee /contractor with Massive Action Marketing with Patrick Rinard beginning in November 2023. Initially, the experience appeared professional and well-structured; however, significant issues have arisen regarding compensation. I am currently owed payment for services rendered and was informed that payment would be contingent upon the company receiving payment from its clients. This condition was not outlined in my contract or agreed upon in advance. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage both prospective employees and businesses to conduct thorough due diligence before engaging with this organization. Transparency and adherence to contractual obligations are critical in any professional relationship, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. At this time, the total outstanding compensation owed to me, including base pay and commissions, exceeds $65,000
